Last week in a post about first time buyers I promised an outline of the buying process. I just wrote the first installment on our company website, it covers the Major Players in a Real Estate Deal.
A tip I didn’t add in the company post: if you want to tip off everyone that you come from out of state use the term “settlement” instead of “closing.” In Florida a real estate closing is called just that.
